Ever open a book, make up your mind to study, read a few sentences, and find your eyelids betraying you by becoming instantly heavy with invisible weights which happen to instantly appear?

who said FB games were boring and a waste of time? & in case you decide to diss me and complain it doesn't work... You should give me the benefit of the doubt and try it out first.
I guarantee your sleepiness will go away for at least 15 minutes depending on your attention span! and when the magical effects of it start to fade away... you may repeat step 3 and get another go, while telling yourself that you are on a break. :)
